By this time, you MUST be excitedly awaiting which bow little Baby C is going to don every three months for her next shoot…right? Ok, so it hasn’t quite been 3 months, but since Adrienne & Joey have the first year package, we fit in the sessions at each birthday milestone as we can! And for cutie pie Miss C, we had a 6 month session just in time for CHRISTMAS! It was cold, dreery, and definitely not baby-worthy weather but we managed an indoor session at their home, and can I just say….this little angel has her very own Christmas tree! And ornaments. And an aunt next door with a totally different feel, so we had our choices of themes for this shoot!!
I just know that there will be a day that Adrienne and Joey (and the rest of the family that adore this baby) will look back on her very first Christmas. She’ll be bigger, and they’ll enjoy that stage just as much…but this will always be her first. And their first with her. I hope that these images will forever hold this treasured moment in their hearts, long after the tree is put away, lights are down, and the season is a memory.
We love you guys! Thanks for letting us be apart of your lives, it has been the greatest honor.

Little precious baby A is the sweet little bundle belonging to Melissa and Patrick….I went to highschool with Melissa, and I could easily recall someone sweet, kind-hearted, careful with her words, and generous. And none of that has changed a bit. 
But what HAS changed, is that she married a great guy, and together they now have a sweet little guy of their own! And he certainly was patient with us! We gave him plenty of reason to wail at us, and yet, he spent most of our time shooting open-eyed and quietly observing. This family is beautiful, and now forever, they will remember through photographs, this fleeting, precious time in all three of their lives.
Congratulations Melissa & Patrick, he is just peachy! (And we can all look on with jealousy at how great you look 3 weeks after having him!)

So, internet, you have seen baby C’s mommy and daddy through their engagement, her bridal, their wedding in Fredricksburg last year…the newborn shots just a few months ago, and now baby C is 3 (almost 4) months old, and an absolute pumpkin! (Amidst the pumpkins, of course) We headed out to the arboretum for the fantastic Fall beauty as a backdrop for the prettiest little thing at the arboretum that day. Next you will be seeing her festively ready for Christmas when we hit her 6 month shots…but for now, enjoy this adorable taste of the season. I heart you, baby C! (And your mommy too, she’s just fabulous!)

You might remember this gorgeous couple-Chris and Jennifer- from several months ago, when we took their maternity pictures…and finally their long awaited, sweet baby boy arrived! And after a series of mishaps and rescheduling, we were finally able to get together for the official recording of his introduction to the world! And what a debut! Blue eyed, sugar-sweet, and so cute you could eat him up with a spoon! And Baby C’s parents did not want just *any* typical baby shoot..this family rocks with a little edge, so we stepped outside of studio backdrops and the “usual” baby shots…(ok, we threw a few tried-and-true traditional shots in there!)
We had a blast spending the afternoon with this family, and this little guy put up with our shenanigans like a trooper! Can’t wait to watch him grow!
Congratulations Chris and Jennifer! He’s truly a blessing!

Isn’t she lovely, isn’t she wonderful, isn’t she precious, less than one minute old….ok, so she’s 3 weeks old here, more than a minute, but still! I couldn’t help but have this tune floating in my head as I edited these adorable pictures of adorable baby C! I mean, couldn’t you just scoop her up, and squeeze her? She was a trooper, happy and content for most of the shoot, putting up with my posing ideas all naked and such. And the awesome part is I photographed this couples gorgeous wedding in Fredricksburg last Fall, two weeks after having had my last little angel! Honeymoon babies are the best EVAH!
Congratulations Adrienne & Joey (and the ecstatic grandparents), enjoy every second with your little snuglet! Can’t wait to capture every stage of her new life so full of promise! (They signed up for the year package, so you’ll be seeing WAY more of sweet baby C!
