Welcome to Treva Tribit Photography!

Hi! I'm Treva, a professional wedding photographer from North Dallas who specializes in capturing weddings. We are located in McKinney, Texas but we serve the photography needs of the entire Dallas/Fort Worth area. If you've followed my blog you know I'm more than just a wedding photographer. As you will quickly learn, my primary passion is my walk with our Savior Jesus Christ and without Him I firmly believe none of this, my talents, my life, or anything around me would be possible. I feel so entirely blessed by the talents and the people that He has put in my life.

As a photographer, I believe a photographer should be able to capture the essence of anything, whether it be landscapes, families, children, details or anything in between. My camera is merely a tool to help me capture what I see, the entire world a canvas, and my clients give me the inspiration to carry out the creative visions they invoke. Whether it be the dreamy eyed gazed between two lovers, or a rambunctious toddler staring down the lens, or the tender moments between parents and their newborn...you bring it, and I will capture it. It's my joy, my passion, and it would be my pleasure to work with you. Join me on this adventure! Thank you for stopping by.

Bridal:: Delen at Delaney Vineyards

Delen & Kyle are just as sweet a couple as any I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!  And Delen has a heart of gold.  Last year when Delen called me wanting to book her wedding, I remember thinking “I am so lucky to have the nicest clients!”  And when we headed out to Delaney Vineyards in Grapevine, Texas, I was totally unprepared for how gorgeous she looked in her dress, it was a breathtaking moment!  Now that Delen & Kyle are married, I can finally share these images!  Enjoy!!

Jessica’s Bridal at the NYLO hotel Plano

The NYLO has an amazing vibe, and was absolutely perfect for this gorgeous bride!  Now that Jessica & Aaron and good-n-married, I get to show off her bridal images! YAY!!  Their engagement shoot was at Off The Grid in Dallas, with their wedding at the Cathedral de Guadalupe in Dallas and reception at The Hickory Street Annex also in Dallas.  So, it was fitting that her bridal give that same “feel” but a little fluffier. ;)   The NYLO was just that!  And, add in there was a field right next door, we were in LOVE!   Jessica & Aaron have been such an incredible joy to work with, I’m so sad their events we get to photograph are now all over!!  I’m hoping there will be babies down the road we will be capturing in photos though. :)   Congratulations Aaron & Jessica, your wedding was beautiful, your bridals are amazing, your engagement was so much fun…and we were so honored to be part of this time in your lives.

Love,

June 20, 2011 - 9:27 am Beth Lambdin - Good Gravy! That bride is gorgeous, has shoes to die for and you Treva have captured some amazing shots at an amazing place! Love, Love, Love the bride in the egg chair! How fun :)

Melony’s Bridal Session

We’ve been holding onto this one for awhile, not because it isn’t absolutely gorgeous thanks to a beautiful bride, but because we wanted to wait until they were good & married and the dress had been viewed by everyone (including the groom) first!  This session took place at the Canals at Las Colinas, and absolutely everything about this was perfect, including the weather!  What I love about bridals is that you capture something very different from the wedding day…there is a sense of mounting excitement and hope and you can separate from the crazy details for a moment and just enjoy your dress, the care your sweet friends and family are giving you, and look beautiful!   Las Colinas Canals offer an amazing bridal backdrop, there are so many places to shoot up and down the canals…and I loved particularly discovering the gondola’s!  One question we get alot is, does it cost to shoot there?  Yes, you have to pay a permit fee through the city, so you can’t just show up and start shooting!  But, its totally worth it!

Enjoy!
