Welcome to Treva Tribit Photography!

Hi! I'm Treva, a professional wedding photographer from North Dallas who specializes in capturing weddings. We are located in McKinney, Texas but we serve the photography needs of the entire Dallas/Fort Worth area. If you've followed my blog you know I'm more than just a wedding photographer. As you will quickly learn, my primary passion is my walk with our Savior Jesus Christ and without Him I firmly believe none of this, my talents, my life, or anything around me would be possible. I feel so entirely blessed by the talents and the people that He has put in my life.

As a photographer, I believe a photographer should be able to capture the essence of anything, whether it be landscapes, families, children, details or anything in between. My camera is merely a tool to help me capture what I see, the entire world a canvas, and my clients give me the inspiration to carry out the creative visions they invoke. Whether it be the dreamy eyed gazed between two lovers, or a rambunctious toddler staring down the lens, or the tender moments between parents and their newborn...you bring it, and I will capture it. BRIDAL: Stacie (sneak peek!)

This might be one of my favorite bridal shoots EVAH!  The light at the Cotton Mill was dreamy, so yummy I could have slurped it up.  And of course, the Bride Stacie is GORGEOUS!!  Wes and Stacie’s engagement shoot was a few months ago, and we had a blast running around Adriatica, but WOW do these shots “take the cake!”

Stacie is incredibly easy-going, and I’m, well, not as much.  :)   But she put up with me dragging her all over the Cotton Mill, and I think it totally paid off!  And aren’t the boots fab??

Some Brides aren’t sure they want a bridal session, to which I say…..well how about i just show you why you should. :)

BRIDAL: Kimberly (sneak peek!)

We had the attention of everybody at the Shops at Legacy in Plano as we wandered around shooting this Bridal session, though we tried to sneak around all the sides….at one point a little girl called out to Kimberly, telling her “you’re beautiful!”  And, Kimberly, with that adorable little smile, took it all in stride!  She might hate me forever for this, but the best word that describes Kimberly is “cute!”  Maybe adorable or “awww” but cute definitely fits.  Like, if you look up the word, one of these pictures will sit next to it.  :)   And, I couldn’t be more excited to be shooting her wedding in a few weeks…and isn’t this dress phenomenal??  The deep purple lillies?  Proof positive that “cute” can still RAWR! :)

Bridal: Amy (sneak peek!)

What can I say about Amy?  She is the REAL deal, this one.  Between bouts of full-out laughter, and sticking her tongue out at her entourage that accompanied us (mom, grandma, and bridesmaid) I think I laughed more at this session than any other!  Amy has a way of making you feel like you are just too cool for school, and I don’t think you can be anywhere near her and not find yourself in a fit of giggles!  (Yeah, I said 2cool4school.  What of it?!)  :)   I just adore her, and her bridal pictures are FIERCE!

We will be photographing Amy and Juan when they get married in just a few weeks, and just like their engagement shoot was a blast, I know their special day will be also!   No peeking for you though Juan!

Casie & Travis – sneak peek!

Three words:  Married.in.Vegas.   ha!  Casie & Travis called me about photographing their reception the day after Thanksgiving, the early part of this year…and boy am I glad we did!  Between the hunting photos, the mixture between country and hip-hop, and getting married in Vegas (and the reception on a ranch!), I don’t think I could describe these two and do any justice!  They have family who adore them, friends they have grown up with, and a love for each other that showed itself the entire evening…and when he didn’t think we were looking, Travis snuck in some big smiles for his new bride we happened to catch!

To Casie, Travis, and all of your precious friends and family, thank you for a fun-filled evening, we were so happy to be apart of your celebration!
