Jessica and Aaron’s engagement shoot at Off The Grid, in Dallas! What an awesome place, and totally fit this couple perfectly!
Jessica and Aaron are getting married at the Cathedral de Guadalupe in Dallas, TX. After their ceremony, the reception will be held at the Hickory Street Annex in Downtown Dallas. We have had a wonderful time getting to know them both, and being able to participate in their special day on Saturday June 15th, 2011!
So yes, I’m behind as usual with my blogging, but I’m hoping to play catch-up in the next few weeks! This engagement session was SO much fun, we ran all over Adriatica in Mckinney TX, and used this vintage bike (which needed a bit of cleaning) to make this even more fun!! Adriatica has so many options for photos, and even though they charge a fee to shoot there, it is worth it when it fits your couple perfectly. The light was perfect, the dogs (their fur-babies) were perfect, and the couple just couldn’t be more adorable!! We are SO looking forward to their wedding next month at Tankersley Gardens in Mount Pleasant, TX!
Engagement photos are so important because they give you time with each other, and besides, they are such a blast!! Thank you Erik & Laura for a fun evening, and we are really excited about all the fun that is coming up next month!
Enjoy!!

Weeks ago, we had the honor of shooting Lindsey’s bridal shoot at the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas. What an absolutely GORGEOUS location and this was a perfect fit for Lindsey. She envisioned marble, lots of light, huge ceilings, something grand for her bridals…and this was most definitely grand! Lindsey was finally married to Steven yesterday at the equally beautiful Ashton Gardens, and we were blessed to be there to photograph this amazing event. More on that to come…but for now, enjoy images of Lindsey at The Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas. Lindsey is as sweet as she is beautiful, and we had so much fun running around the Meyerson playing with the many gorgeous lines of this Center!
Lindsey, you are a joy to your family, your friends, and now your husband..thank you for letting us be part of that on hot day in August for these bridal images!

We have definitely wanted to shoot at The Canals in Las Colinas, but we also wanted *just* the right couple for our first time out there. The Canals is a beautiful area, with a very European feel, and a fantastic backdrop for Delen and Kyle. Even though our Texas heat was still going strong, we had a fantastic time running around the Canals, but first we had to start at Williams Square where the largest equestrian sculpture (The Mustangs) resides…not to mention big buildings with reflective windows! A photographers dream! We really enjoyed our time with Delen and Kyle and cannot wait until their wedding next year on 9/10/11! (How cool is that date?!)

And, part 2 of Jason and Christina’s beautiful engagement session photos at the Cotton Mill in Mckinney, Tx! Definitely consider the Cotton Mill for your wedding venue, engagement photography, and bridal photos!
Congrats again Jason and Christina!
