Welcome to Treva Tribit Photography!

Hi! I'm Treva, a professional wedding photographer from North Dallas who specializes in capturing weddings. We are located in McKinney, Texas but we serve the photography needs of the entire Dallas/Fort Worth area. If you've followed my blog you know I'm more than just a wedding photographer. As you will quickly learn, my primary passion is my walk with our Savior Jesus Christ and without Him I firmly believe none of this, my talents, my life, or anything around me would be possible. I feel so entirely blessed by the talents and the people that He has put in my life.

As a photographer, I believe a photographer should be able to capture the essence of anything, whether it be landscapes, families, children, details or anything in between. My camera is merely a tool to help me capture what I see, the entire world a canvas, and my clients give me the inspiration to carry out the creative visions they invoke. Whether it be the dreamy eyed gazed between two lovers, or a rambunctious toddler staring down the lens, or the tender moments between parents and their newborn...you bring it, and I will capture it. It's my joy, my passion, and it would be my pleasure to work with you. Join me on this adventure! Thank you for stopping by.

Married: Lindsey & Steven at Ashton Gardens! (sneak peek part 1)

It just seems like yesterday Lindsey’s aunt contacted me about her niece getting married in Dallas…which was followed by a call from her mom, and finally after contracting and setting the date, I met Lindsey!!  Just proof of what was evident the day of their wedding…Lindsey and Steven have the most amazing group of friends and family who love them so very much.   Every detail of their day was beautiful, and there were so many sweet moments throughout this wedding…from the look on her dads face as he walked her down the aisle..to the tears her mother and Steven’s mother wiped away during their pre-wedding slideshow of them as babies, to the last dance Steven and Lindsey shared of the evening together.  Ashton Gardens  and the coordinator Miriam, did a beautiful job of making sure every moment was top notch, and organized, as did Lindsey’s mother.  And the chapel at Ashton Gardens is absolutely beautiful, with huge windows to catch every bit of sunset light.  Thank you to Lindsey’s wonderful family, all her fantastic friends, and most of all to Lindsey and Steven…you are all so gracious, so much fun, and we were incredibly honored to share in such a cherished moment in your lives.

The incredible vendors each played such an important role and I have to say, I could not have been happier with her choices, we love working with each and every one of them, some we’ve worked with numerous times and loved referring (and will continue to do so!)  Great job guys!
