Holding her close, he whispered something into her ear, and she threw her head back in laughter, eyes twinkling, a smile passed between them. And I felt like a fortunate bystander blessed to be capturing something so special. These two are one of those rare couples who call each other “best friend.” They skydive together, travel, cycle, in fact, I’m not sure there is anything these two don’t do! They are in their element, outdoors, next week as they travel to Puerto Rico to skydive, or the week after their wedding when they dive into the Plano Balloon festival (with us capturing it!) I am quite sure everybody around them can sense exactly what we did during this shoot. They love life, love to have fun, and especially love each other, deeply. I was quite taken with the energy they have together, and we are entirely excited to be shooting their wedding in September…a receiving event the night before at a gorgeous art gallery locally, a ceremony in our downtown courthouse, and an intimate reception at Landon winery on the square…and of course, they will be “leaving” on a bicycle-built-for-two (you have no idea how excited we are to capture that!)…Tom & Mandy: you are both such a breath of fresh air, adorably charming, and we are honored and excited to be capturing your beautiful wedding!
