The moment so brief… just a fraction of a whisper, of a moment, really. When the Bride catches the first glimpse of her groom waiting…and the Groom first lays eyes on his Bride meticulously prepared to the last detail, just for him. It is truly magical. And in that beautiful moment, his breath caught with the softest sound, as the group of family and friends standing under the canopy of trees smiled simultaneously in quiet reverence. Her eyes widened, looking bright with potential tears of excitement, and she crinkled up her nose and grinned so big and so happy, the entire group erupted into the same overjoyed expressions! But this is Amy. And this is Juan. When first meeting them back in the Fall, it was more than apparent they were crazy about each other, and crazy about life. Amy oozes happiness and joy and excitement, it bubbles over, and I just wanted to stand next to her and let it pour all over me too! Juan has a quiet strength, especially with Amy but no less of a zest for life. We were blessed by the time with them, their family and friends, and ever so thankful they walked into our lives last year, that we could share a warm fire and smores with them, and that we were witness and record keeper of this precious, beautiful day.
Many thanks to the amazing people/coordinators at The Wildwood Inn in Denton, GORGEOUS location and our second time to shoot a wedding there! And we must give props Tim Former from Tangerine Salons for Amy’s beautiful wedding day hair and Jeremiah Garcia from Tangerine Salons for her fantabulous makeup! These guys were there to take care of her every need!
Congratulations Amy, Juan and both of your sweet families!
